The estate has around 8 hectares, 8.1 hectares are dedicated to the growing of Sauvignon Blanc to produce Pouilly-Fume. The remaining 40 acres is for the Chasselas grape of the Pouilly sur Loire appellation.
The soil is ploughed in order to encourage soil aeration.
The growth of organic matters so beneficial to the overall quality of the soil is encouraged and promoted and therefore the use of non-organic fertilizers is strictly forbidden in my vineyard. Prophylactic methods and phyto sanitary measures are highly sought after in the vineyard to guarantee a good healthy crop. Alternative natural techniques are employed to help in reducing the use of pesticides.
